In order to reduce Body Fat a person must increase metabolism by building lean muscle (weight training), proper nutrition is also a vital piece of the puzzle for losing body fat, avoiding processed food and eating fresh whenever possible is imperative for success. So before you decide how you are going to “lose weight”, remember to consider that “weight” consists of both lean body mass and body fat. Try to keep your weight loss goals realistic, and remember, keep the calorie-burning muscle, and lose only the fat.
