After every workout at my home gym I serve up a fantastic protein-packed smoothie to my clients and I’d love to share the recipe with you!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Usana protein powder (I vary flavours depending on client preference)
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 cup water
