Do you want a convenient way to stay in shape? This ‘Fitcamp’ boot camp style class is great for beginners to moderate levels of fitness. Maximize your calorie burn, sculpt lean muscle and enhance your cardio endurance all while having fun in a positive, motivating group setting. Circuit, drills, strength training and stretching are all part of this group training. Age: 18y and up
