Daily Challenge – October 20, 2015

Hey guys it is time for this weeks challenge. Your goal is to make time to do 25 reps of each of these exercises. It takes only 5 minutes (so know excuses), this routine will be changed weekly so you don’t get bored and your muscles will continue to respond.

The goal is to make fitness a routine that find difficult to do without.
