Hello, my name is Rhonda Laturnus, I am very passionate about my own fitness level, I am equally passionate about helping others achieve their goals. I am a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader, I also hold a Fitness and Nutrition Diploma.
I am an avid runner and have completed numerous marathons including Boston, New York and Honolulu. I am a mother of four and fully understand that at times it can be difficult to find the time to exercise. However it is these times that exercising is so important as it provides us with the energy and peace of mind that our bodies need.
I will encourage you to shape new behaviours by setting goals, making a plan and tracking progress. Results 4 Life Fitness believes in a functional fitness approach training that is safe and effective yet progressive and result-specific. I will design functional fitness exercises to train and develop muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities.
